In November the hives are rotated for Prairie blooms and other crops, so in December HONEY is extracted from the Prairie, being the first Summer Harvest.

In the months of January and February, the second Harvest of Honey Extraction from Natural Fields is carried out.

April and May work in areas of Eucalyptus, thus making a Third Harvest, of this peculiar Honey.

In the month of October, the HONEY from Canola (Rape) is extracted.
